- Items on Clearance Sale / Insane Price Drop are final sale - no returns, exchanges or alterations.
- Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery via: https://www.jaey.in/profile?tab=orders. Entire process may take 15-20 working days.
- Returns have a Rs. 200 fee (waived off if you courier it yourself or accept refunds in the form of Jaey credits).
- No charge for exchanges or alterations.
