Standard sizes - 2XS to 6XL - without any customization for sleeves/length/waist/pockets etc. are eligible for easy returns/exchanges (once per product).
SizeYOU (tailored-fit) orders are not returnable, but eligible for 1 free alteration.
Items on Clearance Sale are final sale - no returns, exchanges or alterations.
Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery via: https://www.jaey.in/profile?tab=orders. Entire process may take 15-20 working days.
Returns have a Rs. 200 fee (waived off if you courier it yourself or accept refunds in the form of Jaey credits).
No charge for exchanges or alterations.
